Amber Victoria Chandler (b. 29 Feb 1980) is the daughter of Laura and Anthony Chandler, the niece of Desmond Chandler, the cousin of Erin Chandler, and a resident of Prophecy Creek. She lives in the Brookshire neighborhood, and attended Prophecy Creek High School from 1994 to 1998. Like her cousin, she is a leapling.
In April of 1998, she was accepted to the Curtis Institute of Music. She graduated summa cum laude in May of 2002 and worked as an actress at the Walnut Street Theatre until November of 2011, when she won the role of Jessica Balzano on the Philadelphia-based police procedural Red City.
