"First of all: I spent an entire days trying to figure out which subatomic particle this represented, before finally realizing that it was actually referring to pros and cons, those being the positive and negative aspects of the same thing. Second of all: I imagine that pronouns and connouns are therefore the same words, but used for different purposes. Pronouns are the cooperative function, allowing you and I to come together in our diverse commonality, and honor the identity of individuals. Conversely, connouns are the combative function; they are acts of aggression – sometimes micro, sometimes passive, but commonly deliberate – that divide us from them, and attack the identity of individuals by misgendering them."
