"cap without a country" is a TikTok video posted by capwithoutacountry on 5 July 2021.

"My handle is derived from the title of Edward Everett Hale's 1863 short story, "The Man Without a Country" mixed in with my Captain America cosplay, which is the bearded version of the character as he appeared in Avengers: Infinity War when he was still a fugitive in the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, and hence a nomadic Captain without a country.

"My profile picture is a cropped image from the cover of Soldier Supreme #2, which featured a Warp World hybrid folding together Steve Rogers and Stephen Strange into a character who used sorcery during World War II to conjure his shields among other things after receiving an alchemical version of the supersoldier serum from German sorcerer Morgan Erskine.

"The two-issue microseries was published by Marvel in late 2018 as part of the Infinity Wars crossover event of that year, and that storyline can be found as a sequential art film over on YouTube. My screenname is cobbled together from Titus Flavius Josephus, a Judean historian who wrote the first non-Christian references to Jesus, and Foxx, which is related to my legal surname."
